About Us
Night School is a small batch coffee roaster based in Fenor, Co. Waterford. The name Night School came from many late nights studying to be a roaster alongside the inability to sleep due to too much caffeine! Night School provides single origin coffee alongside wholesale and individual barista training.
Our History:
Sarah started in coffee over seven years ago as a barista while in college. After a very brief stint in Social Media Marketing, she realised her heart was in coffee and went back to the espresso machine. In 2021 she began her roasting journey and was Co-Head roaster of a large commercial wholesale company for two years before returning to her hometown of Fenor in early 2024. Sarah currently owns and operates Night School alongside her pop-up café named Birdie’s, which is open every weekend from 10am-4pm in Fenor.
