‘How Do You Love, Ireland?’ Virtual Exhibition & Competition
1. General Terms
By submitting an image for the ‘How Do You Love, Ireland?’ virtual exhibition, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The exhibition is hosted by Night School Coffee Roasters/Birdie’s Cafe Fenor. ("we," "our," "us").
2. Submission & Permissions
Entrants must be the original creator of the submitted image and own all rights to it.
By submitting an image, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute the image on our website and social media for exhibition and promotional purposes.
You retain full copyright ownership of your image.
This is a public exhibition—submitted images may be visible online indefinitely.
3. Images Featuring Children
If an image features children, the entrant must confirm they have explicit permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian.
Images featuring children will not be posted on our social media but may appear on our website.
4. Entry Process
Participants must submit their image via our official online form by March 17th.
Only one entry per person is permitted, you can submit up to 3 images.
We reserve the right to decline entries that do not meet quality standards, are off-theme, or are deemed inappropriate.
5. Copyright & Third-Party Rights
Entrants must ensure their submission does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
Any submission found to be plagiarized, AI-generated, or otherwise violating copyright laws will be disqualified.
6. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)
We will collect and store personal information (e.g., name, email) only for the purpose of managing the competition and exhibition.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties.
By entering, participants consent to the processing of their data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
7. Website & Social Media Display
We reserve the right to edit, crop, or adjust images for formatting purposes on our website and social media.
We reserve the right to use submitted images in future promotions related to the exhibition.
8. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of submitted images by third parties once displayed publicly online.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the exhibition or competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
9. Disqualification Clause
Any entry that is offensive, inappropriate, or violates these terms may be disqualified.
Any entrant found to be using multiple accounts or fraudulent methods to enter may be disqualified.
